Back Home

These two precious boys are back home!!  They spent the last three nights and two days with the Jolliffs back in Illinois.  Reports have it that they were busy playing with cousins, bailing hay, checking out the baby kittens, riding the mule and getting some loving attention from the grandparents.  No doubt they had a blast and are apparently worn out:)

nothin' like good ol' Farm fun!! Glad they were able to go enjoy the Jolliff's a bit!! Road trip to our fair next week! :-)

It was fun to see Sam with Hunter and Beau! He had a great time with them and was so cute about wanting to stay the night over here on Sunday. What a big boy! Andrew was too tired to make it as late as the other big boys did! Not sure he would have wanted to stay over here anyway...:) It was great to see all of you over the weekend!

We had a fantastic time having everyone home over the weekend. Time just goes too fast. We did sleep well each night! What a blessing to be off and play with four boys for two days! God is good and takes care of us all!

Busy Couple Days

We have had a busy couple days trying to get everything together for our trip. My mother came over the end of last week and it has been so helpful. I have been able to do errands and gather our needed supplies for the trip. I haven't taken many pictures but we have had a fun time and the boys have enjoyed their time as well. Friday we did the majority of our packing and tonight we are going to finish up. Yesterday, we enjoyed some time at a playground in the morning. In the afternoon, my mom and Sam went to see Toy Story 3 (his first big screen movie) while Hap, Andrew and myself went to a birthday party. Sam got these glasses pictured below at Wendy's yesterday and we might try and see if security stops him in the airport:) This evening we had our last team meeting and it was a wonderful time of praying and sharing about what God has been teaching us as we prepare for this trip. Uncle Nathan, Aunt Heather and Caleb Visit

On Saturday, Nathan, Heather and Caleb came for a visit.  We had an absolutely beautiful day, and we wanted to spend the day outside.  Some people had recommended Maymont Park.  Maymont is a park that is hundreds of acres with a stone castle and barn, some animals, and lots of space for the boys to run around. Andrew wanted to get his boots wet and Aunt Heather supervised.  I am glad we crated more boots! The walk with beautiful and we enjoyed visiting along the way. There was lots of rock climbing... and lots of goats! Jacob and Caleb did a great job riding around in the strollers, but needed some time to stretch too! I love this picture of Nathan and Caleb.  He is such a great daddy and I love to see him with Caleb. Sam enjoyed a cigar at the park too.  (I joke!) The little babies ate some grass.
