The Jolliff Family

Karis and Jacob had a joint birthday party again this year.  It was half "My Little Pony" and half baseball themed in honour of the 5 year olds.  These two are good buds and have celebrated all 5 of their birthdays together. The birthday kids! He was a little shy as everyone sang to him! His turn to blow out the candles! Aunt Kris let Abigail enjoy a cupcake on her lap.  Brave woman! All the kids were excited to watch the birthday kids open their gifts.  Jacob received so many nice things. But the best gift might have been these glasses and this red nose!!  haha. Jacob before bed in his new clown face and new PJs he received. He is one blessed boy to receive all the nice gifts and to be able to celebrate with those we love!

Jacob turned 5 on August 22 and I can hardly believe it.  He is the most precious little five year old that I know.  He loves to play rough with his brothers but also enjoys cuddling still with mom and dad.   He wanted a baseball party and I'm so thankful that involves an easy cake!! He had to get up and go to school but not before opening a present first! After school he opened up the rest of his presents, enjoyed a home cooked meal, and had ice cream with neighbour friends! Such a fun day of celebrating our little, big guy who turned 5 years old!!
