Tonight we had our first homeschool open house to show what the kids have been studying and working on over the past 11 weeks. Sometimes with homeschooling I feel like the kids don't have many opportunities to show what they are working on and feel the pride that takes place within a classroom setting. We have a couple friend who is VERY supportive of our homeschooling and the wife is such an encouragement for me. They came over tonight and the kids presented their powerpoint presentations, played their instruments, and interacted so well. I didn't get many pictures but they did a great job and I'm so proud of their hard work!
