Well, our baby is 12 sweet weeks old today! What a big boy he has become and way too quickly! 12 weeks is also significant because it means the end of my maternity leave. Don't be too sad because I am going to be going back to work supplemental, which basically means I'll pick up shifts when they need me and when I want to. I like my work but look forward to this new chapter in my life of being a stay at home mommy too... best of both worlds for sure! My first day is tomorrow *tear* but it is just for a short eight hour shift! I remember with Sam and know it will be true this time as well, I certainly miss him when I'm gone, but it makes coming home so much sweeter:)

It cant be 12 weeks already!! My does time sure fly!! Your boys are amazing and ever so changing. I just love checking your blog for updates. Sam is looking like such a big boy these days. And Mr. A is a heart charmer forsure. You will be glad you stayed home during these early stages...the boys need thier mommy and who better to teach them things than you! God works in amazing ways and somehow makes it all work. Love ya'll and see you soon.

Oh.My.Word.Love that last picture. Andrew sure has 'grown up' since I saw him at a week three weeks old. Sam looks like he's just taken to being a Big Brother like a pro...they look great!

Busy Couple Days

We have had a busy couple days trying to get everything together for our trip. My mother came over the end of last week and it has been so helpful. I have been able to do errands and gather our needed supplies for the trip. I haven't taken many pictures but we have had a fun time and the boys have enjoyed their time as well. Friday we did the majority of our packing and tonight we are going to finish up. Yesterday, we enjoyed some time at a playground in the morning. In the afternoon, my mom and Sam went to see Toy Story 3 (his first big screen movie) while Hap, Andrew and myself went to a birthday party. Uncle Nathan, Aunt Heather and Caleb Visit

On Saturday, Nathan, Heather and Caleb came for a visit.  We had an absolutely beautiful day, and we wanted to spend the day outside.  Some people had recommended Maymont Park.  Maymont is a park that is hundreds of acres with a stone castle and barn, some animals, and lots of space for the boys to run around. Andrew wanted to get his boots wet and Aunt Heather supervised.  I am glad we crated more boots! The walk with beautiful and we enjoyed visiting along the way. There was lots of rock climbing... and lots of goats! Jacob and Caleb did a great job riding around in the strollers, but needed some time to stretch too! I love this picture of Nathan and Caleb.  He is such a great daddy and I love to see him with Caleb. Sam enjoyed a cigar at the park too.  (I joke!) The little babies ate some grass.
