State.Fair.
On Tuesday night we went to the State Fair. It was so fun to spend that time together as a family. This was the first year Sam could really enjoy the fair and we think he did. It was perfect weather and there was not many people there, which was a bonus!! We started off in the cattle barn, and he wasn't so sure of the cows. He also didn't want to feed the goats, so Hap had the pleasure of feeding them.
They have so many hands on things for little ones and Sam enjoyed climbing on the tractors and playing with the interactive exhibits.

Andrew pretty well slept the entire time but did enjoy a stop at the Lacation Station:)
Sam enjoyed seeing the horses mostly. He liked waving at them and saying "Hello Horse." I don't know what he thought of the pig barn, as I didn't want to enter and get the swine flu!! He did warm up to the cattle barn at the end and even was brave enough to pet some baby calves, after giving them a stare down first.

Like I said, Andrew slept most of the time. He did wake up on the ride home and cried. It was time to eat for him, but Sam didn't care. He just thought it was loud, which it kinda was:)

We had such a great time at the fair and look forward to going again next year!
On another note, Andrew had his check up yesterday with the Doctor. He weighed 8lb1oz and measured 20.75inches. He has really filled out in the face and his weight proved he is getting plenty to eat, which I could have already told you!! He got a clean bill of health and we'll see his Doctor in a few weeks for another weight check!
