Visit with Jordan Purcells
In Mid-January, our family was able to meet Nathan, Heather, Caleb, and Benjamin in the northern part of the country for an overnight. We stayed at a great kibbutz. A kibbutz is a communal living community. We ate breakfast in a large cafeteria style building, we passed a school in the community, and this specific kibbutz has two cabins to make income. It was a perfect place to stay. On Sunday, we traveled to the very northern edge of the Israeli Mediterranean Sea to an area called Rosh Hanikra. Rosh Hanikra is located on the border of Israel and Lebanon. The area is literally on the rocks of the sea and the sea has caved grottos in the rock. It's hard to see but mid picture there is a small yellow float that is the border between Israel and Lebanon. The train track was still present.
