Jolliffs in December

We celebrated a low key 1st birthday for the babies yesterday.  Hap was teaching and most of our American friends are out of the country.  However, I still decorated, we enjoyed cupcakes, and watching the babies open presents!  It was a perfect day of celebrating our little ones.

Abram was NOT a fan of the firework candles.  In his defense, he was not feeling 100% yesterday and in our defense we did have the heaters on ;)

Abigail enjoyed her cupcake.

Abram was a little tentative at first but after he had a taste of icing he decided he liked his birthday cupcake.

The big brothers were thrilled to celebrate the twins.

After a warm bath, it was present opening time.  Abigail tore into the packages and Abram observed mostly.

It was a fun day for the twins to turn 1 and we are looking forward to watching them grow and develop and change over the next 12 months... and I'm already planning birthday #2 ;)
