Last of Vacation

Few of my final vacation pictures!

Andrew was brave enough to do the slide into the deep end a few days into the trip.  Love his smile, he was so proud of himself!

He did it a few more times and loved it every time!

We packed up from our hotel on Saturday and turned in our rental car.  I loved this car but we definitely won't be fitting into it for our next vacation to Greece!!  :)

We headed to another island closer to Athens for a meeting that was fabulous.  We met so many nice people and enjoyed meeting together.  I can't say enough how encouraging and refreshing this week was being with friends, both new and old.

One evening they provided childcare and we went to a lovely little Greek restaurant to eat.

It was all things Greek.. Greek salad, feta cheese and bread, roasted lamb, traditional dancing, and Windex (name that movie reference!!)  The dancing was much different and much slower than I imagined.

We had a lovely view from the restaurant.

All week childcare was provided for the kids and at the end of the week they performed some precious songs that they learned.  The kids had a blast, doing crafts, learning songs, going swimming with their teachers, eating ice cream, and just being kids.

Andrew had four sweet teachers we are so thankful for.

Jacob fell in love with his teachers and this is one of them.

The resort we enjoyed staying at for our last week in Greece.

The pool was fantastic, with a large area perfect for the kids.  One our free day we had different excursions to pick from and tour, but we choose the pool! ha.

We were sad to leave Greece and the pool but ready to be returning home after our long vacation.  The boys did great on the short, late night flights and we arrived home about 4 AM on a Sunday morning.

Great vacation!!

Great pictures and what a fun time it looks like you all had. It's always nice to get away and be a family without the day to day stuff. Glad the boys enjoyed their time with their teachers too. (I'm guessing the answer is MBFGW)

So glad you were able to spend a few days retreating as a family. We can certainly see why the boys loved their teachers.
Too bad the slide was, "...for children only"! We can only imagine the fun Hap would have had! ;)
